Lady Bees Improvers: Friday Day, Yateley
A 6 week course starting from Monteagle Scout Hut in Yateley depending on session for those who can run at least 5k but wish to improve technique, speed and efficiency. 1st Session will run Friday 7th Nov – 12th Dec 9.30am – 10.30am. It lasts 1 hour and cost £42 for the whole course (£7 a session).
