This challenge has been created to bring lifestyle change, build a routine and to optimise training benefits through consistency.
This virtual running challenge is not about running every day but helping to build the habit of running into your life the right way.
Suitable to all levels of runner from beginner, seasoned or experienced runner, this challenge is the perfect chance to build routine, consistency for stronger, faster running.

Pick your monthly challenge for February
- Run 200 miles
- Run 150 miles
- Run 100 miles
- Run 200 km
- Run 150 km
- Run 100 km
- Run 50 km
- Run 5 km a day
- Run 1 mile a day
- 21 minutes of fitness a day
Sign up per month as you go throughout the year. Pick and choose which months you complete the challenge and change the goal to suit your life, build up gradually over the year, have a slightly ‘easier’ month to suit your schedule but keep moving and active right through 2021.
Each monthly challenge is completed within a one month period.
All monthly challenges are adaptable. If the challenge feels too easy, make it harder. If there’s no way you can complete the challenge, adjust it in your favor.
This challenge is about buildng and being consistent.
