A 6 week beginners course starting from Cantley Park in Wokingham. 1st Session will run Tuesday 14th January – 9.30am – 10.15 pm. It lasts 45 minutes and costs £30 for the whole course (£5 a session).
A 8 week beginners course starting from Green Park in Reading. 1st Session will run Monday 13th January 8.00pm – 8.45pm. It lasts 45 minutes and costs £40 for the whole course (£5 a session).

Lady Birds 5k – 10k : A 6 week course starting from Cantley Park in Wokingham. 1st Session will run Thursday 9th january – 7.00pm – 8.00pm. It lasts 1 hour and cost £36 for the whole course (£6 a session).
