Join Karen, Kirsty and trail running leader Debbie at this stunning location at the old water-powered flour mill (molino viejo) near Serón in rural Almería.

The weekend will include:

• All meals & soft drinks (half a bottle of wine with dinner each evening)
• Daily Pilates / Yoga session at Sunrise and sunset
• HIIT Classes
• Treks and local runs for ALL abilities
• Bike rides exploring the local area
• Yoga session and outdoor swim at the natural spring at Cela
• Wine tasting and tapas evening
• Paella Making class
• Flamingo dancing class
• Swimming pool for relaxation

• Visit to Serón Castle.
• The traditional Spanish market at Baza 
• The old mining village at Las Menas.
• Mini Hollywood where many of the famous westerns were filmed.
• Granada in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Granada is known for grand examples of medieval architecture dating back to the Moorish occupation, especially the Alhambra Palace. This sprawling hilltop fortress complex encompasses royal palaces, serene patios and reflecting pools from the Nasrid dynasty, as well as the fountains and orchards of the Generalife Gardens
• Almería where you could visit the Alcazaba, an imposing Moorish fortress overlooking the city, the fortified Almería Cathedral (16th-century) that has a Gothic ribbed ceiling or the Almería Museum that displays archaeological finds from across the region. The English Cable is a huge iron pier and symbol of the city’s former mining industry.
