A two hour workshop followed by 7 weeks of group follow-up using the 7-step mind set plan.
The aim of the session is to give you the opportunity to understand how making simple changes to your mind-set can improve your running ability and propel you forward towards achieving your goals.
Objectives
By the end of this session you will be able to:
• Recognise your barriers and negative thought patterns
• Identify what you need to do to overcome these patterns
• Choose new beliefs that will help you achieve the unthinkable
• Write an affirmation that you can use when running to replace negative self-talk

Following the workshop 1-1 coaching is available where you can explore any areas you feel need more work:
· Especially valuable if you have an event coming up and want to develop a mindset that will get you through the race the way you want to run it.
· Work on strategies that will improve your confidence as a runner and overcome those barriers that prevent you from progressing.
Coaching sessions take place by phone and last up to 30 minutes.
