5km Mixed Bugs Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 5k and looking to build on stamina and strength. Mixing between 5 km runs, Trail runs and 5 km specific interval sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes – 1 hour – 6 or 8 weeks

  • 6 or 8 x 45 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
  • Session 1 5 km run
  • Session 2 Educational session on road
  • Session 3 5 km run
  • Session 4 Educational session on road
  • Session 5 5 km run
  • Session 6 Educational session on road
  • An accompanying 5 km maintenance plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving goal
  • Full beginners starter pack
  • Weekly motivational emails covering the science behind the session, purpose and progressions for future use

    The Running Bugs 10 km Run Club For ladies whom are looking to build confidence over 10k and looking to build on stamina and strength. Mixing between 8km – 12 km runs and specific hill & interval sessions during the coursee – each session lasts between 45 – minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes – 6 or 8 weeks

    • 6 or 8 x 45 – 1 hour 15 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
    • Session 1 8 km run
    • Session 2 Educational session
    • Session 3 10 km run
    • Session 4 Educational session
    • Session 5 12 km Run
    • Session 6 Educational session
    • An accompanying 10 km maintenance plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving goal

    • Tuesday 6th June – Tuesday 25th July 10 km Run Club (For building confidence over 10 km including speed & technique sessions) 7.30 pm – 8.45 pm – Various Locations Wokingham, Debbie

      5 km Improvers For ladies whom are looking to build confidence over 5 km and looking to build on stamina and strength. A mixed selection of intervals, Fartlek and Hill sessions to improve performance and technique – each session lasts between 45 – minutes – 1 hour – 6 or 8 weeks

        Wednesday 5th June – Wednesday 26th July Mixed Bugs 5 km run club 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm Various Locations Wokingham/Binfield, Karen
