For Ladies who are able to run up to 10Km and looking to improve stamina and strength. Mixing between 10Km runs and 10Km specific interval sessions during the coursee – each session lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes over 6 or 8 weeks
A 6 or 8 week course for those who are able to run 10Km and looking to sustain their fitness level at this level. With 3 educational ‘highlight’ sessions for improving technique, strength and speed over 10Km.
