Small Group Personal Training

Small group training for a maximum of 10 people only to ensure a more personalised personal training experience.  Class is a mix of Bodyweight, featuring workouts from Shred 20 series, equipment based (course price includes a set of bands for first timers, Loop Bands, Slam Ball, Dumbbells, Kettlebell and Power bands) and Yoga Shred inspired finishers to maximise fat burn over the 40 minute session. 

All sessions will follow the current COVID-19 guidance set out for personal trainers in a public space.
