Small Group Personal Training

Small group training for a maximum of 10 people only to ensure a more personalised personal training experience.  Class is a mix of Bodyweight, featuring workouts from Shred 20 series, equipment based workouts and Yoga Shred inspired finishers to maximise fat burn over the 40 minute session.

* Yoga Shred™ Inspired workouts, are deigned to ignite whole-body definition, strengthening and Afterburn Effect. This effect burns calories and unhealthy body fat for up to 48 HOURS after your session.

Runs for 1 month

1 month commitment = £65

3 month commitment = £189 

*All equipment used in sessions will be borrowed from the instructor, should you require your own equipment pack you can purchase all the equipment used in sessions in the drop down box (equipment includes, Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Power Band, Loop Bands, Activation Band, Slam Ball & Bulgarian Bag)
