Programmes

For those ladies whom can run at least 5k or 10 km (for 10 km run Club) but want to bring a sense of adventure to their running by taking some of their runs to the trails of Berkshire.

Lady Dragonflies 5 or 10 km run club – For ladies wanting to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail and to improve running and fitness over their chosen distance- 6 or 8 week course

Lady Dragonflies Sunset run club – For ladies wanting to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail and to improve running and fitness over their chosen distance taking advantage of the those light summer nights through – 6 or 8 week course

Lady Dragonflies Moonlight run club – For ladies who can run 5 km and wanting to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail at night whilst also working on speed and strength with interval sessions on the road – 6 week course 

*Please note that during the current COVID-19 Pandemic we are limiting our Lady Dragonflies Trail running groups to 8 participants and 1 instructor to ensure we can keep you safe under the operating current guidelines.

Lady Dragonflies 5km/10km Run Club

These courses cover:

  • 6/8 x weekly training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
    1. 5Km run or 10Km run (on Trails)
    2. Educational session
    3. 5Km run or 10Km run (on Trails)
    4. Educational session
    5. 5Km Run or 10Km run (on Trails)
    6. Educational session
    7. 5Km run or 10Km run (on Trails)
    8. Education session 
  • An accompanying 5Km or 10Km maintenance plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving goal
  • Full beginners starter pack
  • Weekly motivational emails covering the science behind the session, purpose and progressions for future use

Moonlight run club 5 km +

Wednesday 6th January – Wednesday 10th February

19:00 pm – 20:00 pm – Various, Wokingham / Bracknell – Debbie

Moonlight 5-10 km Run club

20:00 pm – 21:30 pm – Various, Wokingham / Bracknell – Debbie

Lady Dragonflies 5 km+ run club

Friday 8th January – Friday 12th February

09:30 am – 10:30 am – Various locations, Wokingham / Bracknell – Debbie
