Lady Bugs 0 to 5Km
For complete beginners or runners returning from injury who want to achieve 5Km.
We cover the basic techniques from running style to breathing methods and including video analysis by our Technique Specialist.
6-8 week course
Lady Bugs 0-5Km
For complete beginners who want to achieve 5Km and cover the basic techniques from running style through to breathing properly.
Programme includes video analysis by our technique specialist, Leigh.
Ideal for new runners or those returning to running after a break or an injury.
This Programme Includes:
- 6 or 8 x 30 – 45 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
- An accompanying training plan with homework sessions to aid achieving the 5 km goal
- Full beginners starter pack
- How to breath properly
- A full 45 minute technique session
- Personalised Technical Video analysis with follow up report
- Weekly motivational emails covering topics from breathing, nutrition, keeping motivated and technical overview
6 – 8 Week Course
Beyond Bugs 3Km to 6Km
Ideal for new runners (perhaps having completed the 0-5Km course or returning to running after a break) who want to gain more confidence and acquire some in-depth technique instruction over 5Km.

Beyond Bugs 3Km to 6Km
This is for people new to running (perhaps you have completed the 0 – 5Km course or are returning after a break) and want to gain more confidence. We cover further in-depth technique instruction over 5Km using a personalised walk / run programme.
You will get:
- 6 or 8 x 45 minute training sessions with Elite Conditioning running Instructor.
- An accompanying 3 – 6Km improver\’s plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving goals.
- Full starter pack.
- Personalised Technical Video analysis with follow up report
- Weekly motivational emails covering the science behind the session, purpose and progressions for future use
6 – 8 Week Course
Lady Birds 5Km to 10Km
You can run 5Km but you want to keeping running regularly and increase your distance safely, building up to achieve a 10Km.
6-8 week course
Lady Birds 5Km-10Km
This is a course for runners comfortable up to 5Km but want to increase this to achieve 10Km.
If you\’re looking to take the next challenge, this course includes:
- Six or eight 45 minute to 1 hour 15 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor.
- An accompanying plan with homework sessions to help achieve the 10Km end goal ready to taper for race day.
- Full starter pack.
- Breathing techniques.
- Predictor time session.
- Personalised training pacing goals.
- Weekly motivational emails covering topics from breathing, nutrition, fuelling, pacing guidelines, how to keep motivated and technical overview.
6 – 8 Week Course

If you can run at least 5Km but want to carrying on running and gain an insight into how to improve your speed, technique and efficiency.

The Running Bugs 5Km Run Club
For Ladies who are able to run up to 5Km and want to increase stamina and strength. Mixing between 5Km runs and 5Km specific interval sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour over 6 or 8 weeks
A 6 or 8 week course for those who are able to run 5Km and looking to sustain their fitness level at this level. With 3 educational ‘highlight’ sessions for improving technique, strength and speed over 5Km. Includes:
- 6 or 8 x 45 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
- 5Km Trail run

For Ladies who are able to run up to 10Km and looking to improve stamina and strength. Mixing between 10Km runs and 10Km specific interval sessions during the coursee – each session lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes over 6 or 8 weeks

Lady Butterflies Half Marathon Training
This is for ladies who can run 10Km but wish to aim for one of the local half marathons. Specificially targeting Reading Half Marathon for the Sept-November term.
As part of the package you get a full nutrition plan and a personalised training plan taking you right up to the day.
8-12 Week Course
Lady Butterflies – Half Marathon Training
A course of longer runs from 1 hour – 2.5 hour leading into the Wokingham Half Marathon at the end of February includes a personalised plan working towards your goal. (Must be able to run for 1 hour 15 minutes, approximately 10 km – 12 km to join)
Includes:
- 6 x 1 hour to 2.5 hour sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
- A mix of long slow runs, speed development and strengthening sessions
- A personalised training designed for your goal / timings and ability to ensure you achieve the end goal ready to taper for race day
