30 Days to a stronger, healthier more confident you
With the news of the pathway out of lockdown being released Monday this week it’s left many of us feeling their is light at the end of the tunnel.
Or has it?
Having spoke with many clients this week there is a sense of anxiety about the lifting of lockdown. Many not feeling ready to face the world, work with people face to face, be seen in person and to not have that comfort blanket of the screen to hide behind.
There’s almost a sense of lost identity. What did life look like before March 2020? Do we really want to return to that pre-covid life? Are we actually feeling ready to return to life pre-covid as we knew it?
I know myself that the next 6 weeks are key to working on MY pathway out of lockdown. As a business owner having jumped in and out the thought of being so reactive once more to have it taken away leaves me exhausted at the thought. I am taking things slowly slowly this time, I want to make sure we do get the full go ahead. I also want to ensure myself and the instructor team who have worked so hard over the last 10 months have had that moment to breath between lockdown 3 and any release. I want to ensure that the me or the parts of my life pre-covid that I’ve missed return but also the parts i’ve loved about lockdown life also make it into the real post-covid world.
We are working on us.
