Our 12-week Healthy Lifestyle Coaching programme has been designed by local health and fitness coach Kirsty from Fit in minutes and Personal Trainer Karen, owner of Elite Conditioning. With a combined industry experience of over 30 years this program is the way forward to reach your goals and obtain great results in 2020 where others have failed.
The 12-week programme is specially tailored to meet your individual needs, as we understand that health & fitness takes more than just a ‘one size fits all’ approach and emphasises the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced diet along with regular exercise.
Our varied exercise plan will be full of workouts that are easy to follow at home ‘live’ or pre-recorded so are flexible to follow and can be fit around YOUR diary – making them perfect to implement solid foundations of change in your lifestyle and increase your fitness levels quickly!

4 x group face to face workshops:
Group Workshop 1 – ‘The Vision’ – unweave the web of obstruction, goal setting, vision board creation, Weigh (with fully body comp breakdown ) & measure
Group workshop 2 – ‘Mindset mojo resilience & well being’ – breaking habits, progression, creating consistency
Group workshop 3 – ‘Circle of life’ – readiness for change, inner processes, positive emotions , intuition
Group workshop 4 – ‘Happy for no reason’ achievements, continuation of good habits, moving forward alone and happy
3 x 15 minute – 30 minute different but manageable workouts EVERY week (pre-recorded or ‘live’ into your living room to complete with us or at a time to suit you) including 1 x Pilates session a week, 1 x insanity ‘live’ session per week and 1 x metabolic fat burning workout from body weight to using household items to burn fat and raise that metabolism
Weekly mindset worksheets to work on your health and fitness barriers
8 x live video group coaching sessions in between group workshops
1 x individual food diary analysis, report and suggestions
2 x Body composition, weigh and measure screenings
1 x initiative eating book to accompany the 12 week programme and help you understand your association with food

Karen is a local level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 19 years experience in personal training and teaching group fitness classes with a focus on finding the fun in fitness. Whether that be boxercise, functional weight training, or sports specific.
Kirsty is a coach and been coaching and training people in managing performance for 16 years. With her coaching skills she isn’t selling a quick fix but rather a new beginning.
