The Running Bugs Run Club

The Running Bugs 5km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 5k and looking to build on stamina and strength. Mixing between 5 km runs and 5 km specific interval sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes – 1 hour – 6 weeks
