The Running Bugs Run Club


The Running Bugs 5km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 5k and looking to build on stamina with runs progressively upto 7 km and at least 3 speed sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes – 1 hour – 6 weeks

The Running Bugs 10 km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 10k and looking at keeping focus with some longer runs upto 12 km, some educational session and speed training – each session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes – 5 or 6 weeks

Fitness BugsFor ladies looking to improve their strength, conditioning and power for running, sessions are 45 minutes and will involve a mix of fitness, equipment, short sprints and plyometrics specific for runners.
