***Summer Keep on Running***

To keep focus on Running throughout the Summer holidays – 8 sessions but can be purchased as a block of 6, 7 or 8 sessions

The Running Bugs 5km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 5k and looking to build on stamina with runs progressively upto 7 km and at least 4 speed sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes – 1 hour – 8 weeks 

Monday 17th July – Monday 4th September

7.30 pm – 8.15 pm – Woodford Park, Woodley – Anj

Tuesday 18th July – Tuesday 5th September

7.30 pm – 8.15 pm – Cantley Park, Wokingham – Debbie

Wednesday 19th July – Wednesday 6th September

7.00 pm – 8.00 pm – Various Trail locations Wokingham, Debbie

Friday 21st July – Friday 8th September

9.30 am – 10.30 am – Various Trail locations in Wokingham, Debbie

 

The Running Bugs 10 km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 10k and looking at keeping focus with some longer runs upto 12 km, some educational session and speed training – each session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes – 8 weeks 

Thursday 20th July – Thursday 7th September

8.00 pm – 9.00 pm Cantley Park, Wokingham – Vicky

 

The Running Bugs Lady Bee’s Run Club – For Ladies whom are looking to improve 5 km and 10 km speed. To include sessions that will build on strength, power and speed to enable a faster pace over 5 km and 10 km –  8 weeks
