Lady Butterflies Half Marathon Training – for those looking to run a summer half marathon – specificially targeting the ‘Down Tow Up Flow half marathon on 28th July – 8 – weeks of the course with runs from 1 hour – 2 hour includes a Personalised plan working towards your goal. Includes:

  • 10 or 8 1 hour – 2 hour sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
  • A mix of long slow runs and speed development and strengthening sessions
  • A personalised training designed for your goal /  timings and ability to ensure you achieve the end goal ready to taper for race day
  • Full starter pack
  • Full 4 week nutritional plan leading into race day including top tips to give your best performance on race day
  • Breathing techniques
  • Predictor time session
  • Personalised training pacing goals
  • Weekly motivational emails covering topics from breathing, nutrition, fuelling, pacing guidelines, how to keep motivated and technical overview
