Runs for 14 weeks (with a 2 week break for Christmas) starting from Cantley Park to include training on the Wokingham Half marathon Route and depending on session. 1st Session will last an hour and start w/c Monday 2nd November – w/c Monday 15th February. The sessions start at an hour and build up over the 12 weeks to peak at 2 hours 15 minutes with a shorter run during ‘recovery week’ and during the ‘Taper’ leading into the Half marathon. MUST BE ABLE TO WALK/RUN 10k comfortably. Price for the whole course is £120 and includes a **personalized** half marathon training plan, hydration, nutrition plan, race fuelling and strategy and technique session overview to ensure efficient and safe running.
