Lady Birds 5-10k

Lady Birds 5-10k – for those who can run 5k but wanting to increase distance to achieve 10k – 6 or 8 week course

A 6 or 8 week course for those who can run 5 km and looking to take the next challenge includes:

  • 6 or 8 45 minute – 1 hour 15 minute training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
  • An accompanying plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving the 10 km end goal ready to taper for race day
  • Full starter pack
  • Breathing techniques
  • Predictor time session
  • Personalised training pacing goals
  • Weekly motivational emails covering topics from breathing, nutrition, fuelling, pacing guidelines, how to keep motivated and technical overview
