Booking – Lady Dragonflies – Trail Running

Lady Dragonflies 5km/10km run club – for those ladies whom can run at least 5k or 10 km (for 10 km run Club)  and want to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail and to improve running and fitness – 6 week course – 1 hour 

 

Monday 19th February – Monday 26th March 

10 km Run Club – The Lookout, – 9.30 am – Debbie

Friday 23rd February – Friday 30th March

5 km Run Club – Wokingham, Various – 9.30 am – Debbie

 

 

Lady Dragonflies ‘Moonlight’ 5 km-10 km run club – for those ladies whom can run at least 5k and want to head up to 10 km but also want to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail in the dark – 6 week course – 45 mins – 1 hour 30 minutes  *Head torches a must

Wednesday 21st February – Wednesday 28th March
