Lady Dragonflies 5km/10km run club – for those ladies whom can run at least 5k or 10 km (for 10 km run Club)  and want to learn about trail running, the benefits, and various techniques for running on the trail and to improve running and fitness over their choosen distance- 6 week course – 1 hour for 5 km run club and between 1 hour – 1 hour 30 for 10 km run club

  • 6 x weekly training sessions with an Elite Conditioning Running Instructor
  • Session 1 5 km run or 10 km run
  • Session 2 Educational session
  • Session 3 5 km run or 10 km run
  • Session 4 Educational session
  • Session 5 5 km Run or 10 km run
  • Session 6 Educational session
  • An accompanying 5 km or 10 km maintenance plan with homework sessions to aid with achieving goal
  • Full beginners starter pack
  • Weekly motivational emails covering the science behind the session, purpose and progressions for future use

10 km Run Club – The Lookout, – 9.30 am – Debbie

Friday 26th April – Friday 31st May

5 km Run Club – Wokingham, Various – 9.30 am – Debbie
