The Running Bugs 5km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 5k and looking to build on stamina and strength. Mixing between 5 km runs and 5 km specific interval sessions during the course – each session lasts between 45 minutes – 1 hour – 6 or 8 weeks
A 6 or 8 week course for those who are able to run 5 km and looking to sustain their fitness level at this level. With 3 educational ‘highlight’ sessions for improving technique, strength and speed over 5km. Includes:
Tuesday 25th February – Tuesday 31st March
Mixed Terrain, Various, Wokingham & Binfield – 7.15 pm – Debbie
Friday 28th February – Friday 3rd April
Various, Wokingham – 6.00 am – Nicola
The Running Bugs 10 km Run Club – For Ladies whom are able to run upto 10k and looking to build on stamina and strength. Mixing between 10 km runs and 10 km specific interval sessions during the coursee – each session lasts between 45 – minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes – 6 or 8 weeks
